                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, 
                   PART II, SECTION 24-504, RELATIVE TO ONE-WAY 
                   STREETS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section 
       24-504, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended so 
       as to delete the following:
            Bradington Avenue, northwardly from State Route 153 to 
                 Bartow Lane.
            
            Dalton Street, southwardly from Baker Street to Frazier 
                 Avenue.
            
            Dickerson Street, westwardly from Stivers Street to 
                 Frazier Avenue.
            
            First Street, westwardly from Walnut Street to Cherry 
                 Street.
            
            Forstner Street, northwardly from Vine Street to Fifth 
                 Street.
            
            Fourteenth Street, westwardly from Rossville Avenue to a 
                 point one hundred and fifty (150) feet east of 
                 Market Street.
            
            Fourth Street, eastwardly from Broad Street to Lansing 
                 Street.
            
            Lansing Street, northwardly from Fourth Street to Third 
                 Street.
            
            Spring Street, southwardly from Third Street to Georgia 
                 Avenue.
            
            Third Street, westwardly from Lansing Street to Chestnut 
                 Street.
            
            Wiehl Street, northwardly from Third Street to Blackford 
                 Street.
            
       and substitute in lieu thereof the following:
            Fourth Street, eastwardly from Broad Street to Georgia 
                 Avenue.
            
            Fourth Street, eastwardly from Houston Street to 
                 Riverside Drive on-ramp at Third Street.
            
            Third Street, westwardly from Siskin Drive to Chestnut 
                 Street.
            
       	    	 SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall be effective two (2) 
       weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
